AxciScape Beta Program Changes

Fixed bug where description error was being generated for colours & symbol within the map settings form. Added further error checking for layers etc.
Added option to script cad export where layers can now NOT be installed.
Added lineweight option to layers (lineweight will not be show within the AxciScape map but will become visible on AutoCAD).
